She designs healthy urban landscapes that provide benefits to citizens and promote biodiversity, addressing climate change through adaptation and mitigation strategies based on Nature-based Solutions (NbS). Ce\u00f1o integrates the landscape into her projects and analyzes the culture and values of each community to improve citizens\u2019 health, creating beautiful, harmonious green spaces that endure over time.<\/p>\n

Among her latest designs are: The Garden of the Senses<\/em>, a public park in central Marbella, and residential gardens in Sierra Blanca and Nag\u00fceles. Her experience in both the public and institutional sectors includes the embassies of Canada, the USA, and Switzerland, the Apostolic Nunciature (Haiti), and collaborations with international architecture studios such as L35 in M\u00e1laga and Palma de Mallorca. In 2022, her art and garden project Colours of the Coast<\/em> was awarded First Prize in the OJA Gardening Competition by AMJA for its creativity, sustainability, plant selection, project complexity, beauty, and adaptation to the environment. In 2021, The Tree of Wishes<\/em>, created in collaboration with Blanca Soto Art Gallery, based on citizen participation and promoting urban greening, received the 2021 Design Week Marbella Award for Best Iconic Center Proposal.<\/p>\n

The Endless Forest<\/h3>
A conceptual garden designed around the works of art of Rub\u00e9n Fdez. Cast\u00f3n for the Blanca Soto Arte Gallery and presented at the Affordable Art Fair of Milan 2019. L35. Architecture, Urban Planning and Design. This international architecture studio tasked us with designing the gardens of a residential complex in Palma de Mallorca. We used autochthonous or naturalised plants, in tropical-Mediterranean style, and succeeded in creating a sustainable oasis inspired by the principles of xero-gardening. #marinteriorginkgo<\/a><\/p>
The White Night<\/h3>
A private garden (former Swedish Embassy in Madrid) designed using scented white flowering plants, the most visible colour in the dark: Banksia roses measuring over five metres high cover the pergolas of a rooftop terrace perfumed with myrtles, jasmines, white lavender\u2026 #nocheblancaginkgo<\/a><\/p>
