Children’s Therapy
Design proposal. Marbella, Spain
We designed the green areas of a health centre with horticultural and gardening therapy dedicated to children. The aim was to support the healing process of young patients by integrating nature as a pathway to recovery.
Elements that reduce stress and promote well-being include outdoor play, learning new skills, comfortably navigable spaces, shaded areas to avoid prolonged sun exposure, and activities led by qualified therapists and facilitators.
Sustainable gardens with low water consumption and attractive plants featuring shapes, textures, scents, and colours that stimulate all five senses. We propose a palm-shaped path where children can explore a delightful chromatic circuit in shades of white, blue, and pink.
